Residential Property Management / Leasing Services Agreement
The Residential Property Management / Leasing Services Agreement is a document signed by both property owner and Scott Brown Properties that gives our company the right to rent, lease, operate, and manage the properties involved for a specified term.
Property Information Sheet
The Property Information Sheet is a basic list of amenities and features of your property. We ask for the address, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, if pets are allowed, utilities information, and other information that is relevant to leasing.
Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure
This disclosure basically gives you notice that Scott Brown Properties, Inc. has a business relationship with TriStar Repair & Construction, LLC, BCS Mortgage, LLC and INCO Insurance Services of Texas, Inc. TriStar Repair & Construction, LLC. is our in house maintenance company and they will be doing the majority of the maintenance services and repairs at your property.
